Executive chef Yuksel passionately prepares every dish with two goals, to please the palate and to express a bit of Turkish culture. do not be fooled even with a historical heritage the food is anything but old fashioned. I highly recommend the Çazlak Kebap, a sort of Turkish pot roast with mushroom sauce. Additionally, the fresh made mantı (Turkish ravioli with garlic yoğurt sauce) is exceptional.
