There is an endless variety of meze to try. Some are vegetarian while others may have beef, lamb, or fish. Some are served hot and some cold.One of the most famous mezes is Dolma (stuffed grape leaves.) Among my favorites are the cheese and pepper variety, as well as fresh green beans cooking in olive oil. Get comfy, order a double Raki, and start tasting!
